In July 2023, the mosaic work in the Kneipp pool at the Salinen in Bad Dürkheim was finally completed after two intensive years. The mosaic preparatory work had been done in the Altleiningen art workshop using the indirect laying technique. The individual mosaic fitting parts were set on paper with water-soluble glue. These were then later worked into the corresponding surfaces on site.
This required many hands diligence and even more time. Here are some impressions.
